Good to know

Before the
first shipment.

Clear answers for an international business order.

Can I order for a restaurant or hotel?

Yes. Choose products, reach at least 2 kg of tea, and send the order request. We will confirm the destination and practical shipping details.

What does the 2 kg minimum mean?

The minimum is based on the total tea weight across your order, not the product subtotal. It keeps international business orders practical while allowing any mix of products.

Are the USD prices final?

USD amounts use the latest available reference rate. Stripe checkout charges in the currency selected before payment, with USD selected by default.

What do I need to know about overseas shipping?

Shipping time, destination rules, duties, and taxes vary by country. We use DAP as the starting point and confirm documents and destination requirements before dispatch.
